Solve connexion problem to manager interface

If you can't connect , it may be because :

  • You are not connected to Internet or your connection slowed down momentarily
  • You are using an identifier with a bad password
  • You use the wrong ID
  • Entering the password does not meet the case (spelling, capitalization, etc..)
  • The ID is not correctly written (order of characters, etc..)
  • Your browser does not accept cookies
  • Date and time of your computer have not been updated (this may affect cookies)
