This tutorial will help you to put into operation your mail services.
Log on Netim Direct section "Hosting services" >> "Mail hosting Management", from here, open the scrolling menu "Manage mail hosting", select "DNS Setup"
This screen displays two possibilities :
- Case 1 : Netim is your domain name's registrar so you have access to the auto-configuration feature
- Case 2 : Netim is not your domain name's registrar, then you must indicate to your registrar the DNS records displayed into the table. Your registrar must then add these DNS records to your domain name's DNS zone.

Beware, this screenshot is an example, in the second case, you must indicate the DNS records which are displayed into your customer's account table.
