# Procedures

# Registration

The owner has to approve the registration within 3 months after the date of reservation.
A message will be sent to the holder's email address with a login / password for the registrant's control panel.

# Transfer

In order to transfer your domain name to Netim, you must disable transfer protections and obtain the authorisation code from your current Registrar.

The transfer may take several days.

The domain expiration date is not affected by the transfer process.

# Trade

To change the holder, you must first go through an authentication process.
To that end, validation emails will be sent to both current and future domain holders.

After a period of 5 days, the request will be cancelled.

# Informations

The holder hereby confirms being in agreement with the applicable conditions mentioned below for the domain name. The Registry’s policies (Punktum dk A/S) are available here: https://punktum.dk/en/articles/terms-and-conditions-for-the-right-of-use-to-a-dk-domain-name
  • The holder undertakes to maintain his contact data correct at any time. He will undergo identity verification at Punktum dk A/S if requested.
  • The right to use the domain name can be transferred, deleted or blocked according to the rules established by Punktum dk A/S’s terms of use.
  • Pursuant to Section 18 (2) (13) of the Danish Consumer Contract Act, the holder agrees to renounce the right to withdraw from the agreement on the right to use the domain name.
  • The holder gives his consent for Punktum dk A/S, as domain administrator, to use his personal data in accordance with the registry’s personal data policy.
  • The holder agreed that he will pay to the registrar the fee for the first registration period for the specified .dk domain name, and that payment for subsequent registration periods depends on his choice of management arrangement, cf. section 2.1 of Punktum dk A/S' terms and conditions.

Some additional information may be requested in order to register a domain. In general, this information is collected by the registries in order to identify the owner, verify that he complies with the registration rules, etc. Here are the additional fields needed for this extension.

When using our APIs, additional information must be provided in the corresponding fields of the object StructContact for the domain name holder.

Fields with ** must be provided in StructContact.additional array and are especialy linked for the domain name.
