Pending requests management

For many extensions, the management is manual or not in realtime.

Nevertheless, ClientExec does not know the result of all operations, especially those that are processed asynchronously. Synchronization of asynchronous operations must therefore be handled separately.

When the case occurs, the module records the operation in pending state in the table “netim_async” of your local ClientExec’s database. Then an automation service, included in the module, is executed to check and process all pending operations.

Important ⚠️

We are only able to manage pending registrations, transfers and renewals with ClientExec. All domain updates which could be pending are considered as done by default.

Automation

The Netim automation service can be managed at Settings > Automation Services

Select Netim asynchronous management to display the following screen:

We urge our resellers to not schedule the service to be executed in less than 5 minutes. Shorter delay could led to an overload of our systems.
