Reseller account issues

When using the module, you get errors relative to a connection issue.

Test your connection

The module connects to Netim services using the API and the credentials entered in the registrar module settings

In order to test your connection, open registrar module settings and click on Test connection

Exception : E01-M0101

You are unable to connect to our API with error “Unable to connect – Bad login / password combination”.

This error can occur for many reasons:

  • Your login or password is incorrect. Ensure you are using the same credential for connecting your Netim account
  • You try to connect the production system with your OTE credentials or vice versa. Change the environment (production or OT&E) in the module settings

Exception : E01-M0102

You are unable to connect our API with error “Unable to connect – Connection denied”.

This error can occur for many reasons:

  • Your account is not a reseller one.
    You need to apply to our reseller program
  • Your reseller account is not activated yet. 
    Once you have applied as reseller, our sales team must approve your membership
  • Your account is suspended. Contact us at support@netim.com

Exception : E01-M0103

You are unable to connect our API with error “Too many sessions are already opened”.

This error can occur when you have reached the maximum number of concurrent connections to the API. Each reseller account is given a default value which can be insufficient according to your needs.
