Currency used
Currently, resellers cannot select their currency.
Payments are made only in Euro.

Solutions are being considered to allow resellers to choose currencies other than the Euro.

Bank charges may apply to payments in Euro.Account auto top-up
Thanks to this option, you can choose to automate the top-up of your account. This way, there is no risk of being blocked during one of your purchases because of a negative balance.
You will be able to define the threshold below which you wish to be replenished and the amount to be credited.
To access it:
- Log in to your Netim Direct account
- Click on your first and last name at the top right of the screen
- Go to “Preferences”
- Select the “General” section from the drop-down menu at the top left
- Then in “Invoices” click on the “Enable” button under the “Account auto top-up” section


Prepaid account low balance alert
With this option, you can set a threshold below which you want to be notified. This feature allows you to anticipate the decline in your prepaid account and make a manual top-up payment.
To access it:
- Log in to your Netim Direct account
- Click on your first and last name at the top right of the screen
- Go to “Preferences”
- Select the “General” section from the drop-down menu at the top left
- Then in “Invoices” click on the “Enable” button under the “Prepaid account low balance alert” section
