Set up an abuse contact

From your Netim Direct account, you can set up a contact address to which you will only receive abuse requests related to your services. 

To do this, follow the steps below: 

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account 
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen, then on “Preferences
  3. In the “In the section” dropdown menu at the top-left of the screen, select “General”
  4. In the “Exchanges and communications” window, under “Contact in case of abuse” click on the “Update” button
  5. Check the box “A specific e-mail address” and fill in the field with the desired address
  6. Click on the “Confirm” button
