Managing my contracts as a reseller
In the contract list, you will find all the agreements related to the various services offered by Netim (SSL certificates, brand protection, email services, etc.), as well as specific conditions applicable for some TLDs.
These contracts and terms are all available by default from your account. You need to read and accept a contract only if you intend to sell the corresponding service or TLD. For example, if you wish to sell an SSL certificate to one of your clients, you must first read and accept the relevant contract.
Attention ⚠️
When a new version of a contract becomes available, the previously signed version automatically becomes obsolete. You must sign the updated version in order to continue using the service.
Accessing My List of Contracts
To view all the contracts you have accepted, as well as those pending acceptance:
- Log in to your Netim Direct account
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen
- In the “Legal” section, click on My Contracts
Accepting a Contract
To read and accept a contract:
- In the “To be accepted” section, click the ‘paper/pencil’ icon next to the contract you wish to accept
- A pop-up window will appear, displaying the contract in PDF format. Scroll down, tick the box “I have read and I accept the above contract”, then click on the “Accept” button
- Once accepted, the contract will move to the “Accepted contracts” section, at the bottom of the page.
Note: You can also download a contract in PDF format by clicking the arrow icon on the right-hand side.
