# Restrictions

Owner:
Address or Nationality in one of European Union states or Island, Liechtenstein or Norway required.

The Registry may request a proof of citizenship to the Registrant residing outside of the European Economic Area (European Union and Island, Liechtenstein and Norway).

# Procedures

# Registration

There is no specific procedure related to the registration of a domain name.

.ею domain names are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

 

# Transfer

In order to transfer your domain name to Netim, you must disable transfer protections and obtain the authorisation code from your current Registrar.

The transfer of a domain name in quarantine (having exceeded its renewal date) is possible at a higher cost. 

The transfer may take several days.

When the transfer is finalised, a year is added to the expiry date of the domain name.

# Informations

.eu / .ею / .ευ domains have different required values depending on the registrant's legal form:
  • Resident in an European State, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein: no required values
  • European Union citizen: provide the country of citizenship

# Additional fields

Some additional information may be requested in order to register a domain. In general, this information is collected by the registries in order to identify the owner, verify that he complies with the registration rules, etc. Here are the additional fields needed for this extension.
