Owner:
Must reside outside Belarus. Belarusian residents must register the domains directly with a local Registrar.
There is no specific procedure related to the registration of a domain name.
.BY domain names are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
The .BY requires the signature, by the holder, of a transfer request form.
This document will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated.
Transfer may take several days due to manual processing.
The domain expiration date is not affected by the transfer process.
