Set up an abuse contact

From your Netim Direct account, you can set up a contact address to which you will only receive abuse requests related to your services. 

To do this, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your Netim Direct account 
2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen, then on “Preferences“
3. In the “Contact in case of abuse” section, click on “Edit”
4. Check the box “A specific e-mail address” and fill in the field with the desired address
5. Click on “Confirm”.
