Set up an absence message via the webmail

From the Roundcube webmail, you can generate automatic messages, for example in case of absence.

To activate this feature, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on “E-mails” then “My emails
  3. Select the relevant domain name
  4.  In the “Configuration” panel, click on the “Webmail login page” link 
  5. Enter your login details (your email address and password)
  6. Once connected to the webmail, click on the “Settings” spanner icon 
  7. In the “Account” section click on “Autoreply”
  8. You can now edit your message by inserting a subject, the body of the message and specifying the start and end dates of the message
  9. To confirm the operation, click on “Save”
