How do I export my contact list?

From Netim Direct, it is possible to export your contacts in .csv file. If you wish to export all your contacts, here are the steps to follow:

Here is the procedure to export all your contacts from Netim Direct:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. In the “Domains” menu, click on “Contacts” 
  3. Click on the ”Export” button above the search bar
  4. Then check the “All my contacts” box and choose whether you want to export all the data or only certain columns by checking the corresponding box
  5. Enter the destination email address
  6. Click on “Download (.csv file)”

Export a selection of contacts

Here is how to export only some of your contacts:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. In the “Domains” menu, click on “Contacts”
  3. You can choose to either select the contacts you are interested in one by one or apply filters to your contact list
  4. When you are happy with your selection, click on “Export”
  5. Then check the “My selection” box and choose whether you want to receive all the data or only certain columns
  6. Enter the destination email address
  7. Click on “Download (.csv file)
