How do I export my list of services?

Export all my services

From Netim Direct, it is possible to export your services in .csv format. If you wish to export all your services, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Renewals” menu
  3. Click on the “Export” button above the search bar
  4. Then check the “All my services” box and choose whether you want to export all the data or only certain columns by checking the corresponding box
  5. Enter the destination email address
  6. Click on “Download (.csv file)”

Export a specific selection of services

How do I export only certain services from Netim Direct? Here are the steps to follow to do so:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the  the “Renewals” menu
  3. You can either choose to select the services you are interested in by checking them off one by one, or apply filters to your list of services or select them from a list 
  4. When you are satisfied with your selection, click on “Export”
  5. Then check the “My selection” box and choose whether you want to receive all the data or only certain columns
  6. Enter the destination email address
  7. Click on “Download (.csv file)”

Select my services from a list

From Netim Direct you can also select your services to be exported from an already established list:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Renewals” menu
  3. Click on the “Select from a list” button
  4. Fill in the services to be selected manually or upload the file containing your list of services (accepted formats: .csv and .txt)
  5. Click on “Confirm”
  6. Click on “Export”
