Export all my email addresses and redirects

Log in to your Netim Direct account
In the “Emails” menu, click on “My emails”
Click on the ”Export” button above the search bar
Then check the “All my redirects and email addresses” box and choose whether you want to export all the data or only certain columns by checking the corresponding box
Enter the destination email address
Click on “Download (.csv file)”

If you wish to select the columns to be exported, you will have the choice to include or not:

IDN version
Hosting plan
Related service
Number of email addresses (IMAP) / Total
Number of redirects
Invalid email addresses management (catch-all)
Used disk space / Total
Reserved disk space / Total

Export a selection of email addresses and redirects

Log in to your Netim Direct account
In the “Emails” menu, click on “My emails”
You can now select the email addresses you are interested in by checking them off one by one
When you are happy with your selection, click on “Export”
Then check the “My selection” box and choose whether you want to receive all the data or only certain columns
Enter the destination email address
Click on “Download (.csv file)”
