Request a certificate reissue


To request a certificate reissue, you must open a ticket with our support department. Here is how to proceed to request a reissue of your certificate:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Support tickets” on the menu 
  3. Click on the “Create a new ticket” button, check the “Support department” box and select “SSL certificates”.
  4. Choose the certificate concerned and indicate in the subject and the message your wish to reissue a certificate
  5. Finally, click on the “Confirm” button
