Accepted payment methods

To pay for your orders at Netim, you have access to various international and local payment methods. In this tutorial, discover the different payment options available at Netim and how to use them.

International payment methods

Prepaid Account

The Netim prepaid account is a reserve of funds that you can recharge at your convenience, allowing you to pay for your orders and automatic renewals. To do this, you can make a deposit into your account using the small (+) button at the top of your Netim Direct client area. This deposit will be considered as credit and used to pay for your orders.

What happens if my prepaid account balance does not cover the full amount of my order?
When placing your order, you can choose to use the available balance to cover part of the amount and complete the payment with another payment method.

Credit card

On the payment screen, you will be asked to enter your credit card details.

Transactions made on our website are secure: the credit card number we receive is encrypted using the SSL protocol, is not stored on our servers, and therefore cannot be intercepted.

You will then be redirected to your bank’s verification screen to confirm your purchase via the 3D Secure method.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Carte Bleue, Discover, Diners Club.

Bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer to pay for your orders. Please note that bank transfers in a currency different from the one set for your account, or from a country outside the SEPA zone, may incur additional fees at your expense.

The transfer reference must be structured as follows: CLIENT_ID/C/OrderNumber
For example, if your client ID is ZZ1 and your order number is 11050, your transfer reference should be ZZ1/C/11050.

PayPal

You can pay for your orders using your PayPal account. To do so, log in to your PayPal account during checkout and choose your preferred funding source: PayPal balance, debit from a bank card, or debit from a bank account.

PaysafeCard

PaysafeCard is a prepaid payment method, allowing you to pay for your order as securely as if you were using cash. No card or bank account details are transmitted during the transaction, as you pay for your order using the PIN code generated by PaysafeCard.

Cryptocurrencies

Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that exists only in electronic form, usable through a decentralized computer network based on a blockchain that integrates cryptographic technologies (encryption) to secure transactions.

At Netim, you can pay for your purchases using cryptocurrency by entering the transaction number in the online form provided during your order.

Accepted tokens and networks:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH) on Ethereum, Arbitrium1, Optimist, Polygon
  • Tether USD (USDT) on Ethereum, Arbitrium1, Optimist, Polygon, Solana, Tron
