My contracts

In your contracts list, you will find the general terms and conditions of sale, the agreements for the services you have subscribed to (SSL certificates, brand protection, email services, etc.), as well as the specific terms for some TLDs.

By default, you will be required to accept these contracts and conditions when placing your order on netim.com. A dedicated step before payment will allow you to sign them electronically.

However, if a new version of a contract is available, the previously signed version will automatically become obsolete. You will then be required to sign the new version from your client area in order to continue using the service.

Accessing My List of Contracts

To view all the contracts you have accepted, as well as those pending acceptance:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on your name at the top right of the screen
  3. In the “Legal” section, click on My Contracts

Accepting a Contract

To read and accept a contract:

  1. In the “To be accepted” section, click the ‘paper/pencil’ icon next to the contract you wish to accept
  2. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the contract in PDF format. Scroll down, tick the box “I have read and I accept the above contract”, then click on the “Accept” button
  3. Once accepted, the contract will move to the “Accepted contracts” section, at the bottom of the page.

Note: You can also download a contract in PDF format by clicking the arrow icon on the right-hand side.
