Create a redirect

Setting up a redirect is very useful to forward your emails to the email addresses of your choice.

To create a redirect of your email address, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Emails” menu and then on “My emails
  3. Then click on “Create an email address”
  4. Select the domain name for which you wish to create an email redirect and check “Forwarding address”
  5. Enter the email address to be redirected and then indicate the email addresses that will receive the redirected emails
  6. Click on the “Add” button

Create a catch-all

A catch-all email is an email address that is intended to receive all the messages sent to a specific domain, but to email addresses that do not exist. To be able to define a catch-all, you can either go through the “My emails” section or through the “My domains” section:

Through the list of your email addresses

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Emails” menu and then on “My emails
  3. Click on “Create en email address”
  4. Select the domain name for which you wish to create an email redirect and check “Forwarding address”
  5. Check “Catch-all” and then enter the email address to which you wish to receive the emails
  6. Click on the “Add” button

Through the summary of your email addresses

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on the “Emails” menu and then on “My emails
  3. Click on the domain name for which you wish to create a catch-all
  4. In the “Invalid email addresses management (catch-all)” window, click on “Edit”
  5. Check “Redirect emails to” and enter the email address of your choice
  6. Click on “Edit”
