You can configure your email software to send and receive emails via your personalised email address linked to your domain. Enter the following information in your email client settings to configure it.

Some configuration examples

Mozilla Thunderbird

Here are the steps to set up your email address in Thunderbird:

  1. Open your Thunderbird application.
  2. In Settings, go to the Account Settings menu
  3. Click the + New Account button and select Mail Account from the dropdown menu
  4. Enter your information: first name, last name, the email address you want to set up, and the associated password, then click Continue
  5. Thunderbird will propose an automatic configuration. Click on Edit Configuration
  6. Enter the IMAP or POP settings (see the table above)
  7. Click on Continue
  8. You can now use your email address in Thunderbird

Microsoft Outlook

Here are the steps to set up your email address in Outlook:

  1. Open your Outlook application
  2. In the File tab, go to the Info menu, then click on the + Add Account button
  3. Enter the email address you want to add, then click Advanced options and tick Let me set up my account manually. Confirm by clicking Connect
  4. Choose IMAP or POP depending on your preference, then enter the corresponding IMAP or POP settings (see the table above)
  5. Click Next
  6. Enter the password associated with your new email address, then click Connect
  7. Your email address is now ready to use in Outlook

Apple Mail

Here are the steps to set up your email address in the Mail app on your iMac or iPhone:

  1. Open the Mail app:
    • On macOS: Mail tab→ Add Account… → Other Mail Account
    • On iPhone/iPad: Settings → Mail → Mail Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account
  2. Enter your information: first name, last name, the email address you want to set up, and the associated password, then click on Sign in
  3. Enter the IMAP or POP settings (see the table above)
  4. Click Next, then Save
  5. Your email address is now ready to use in the Mail app
